Snow White is a beautiful small-medium size white habanero-type pepper. The Snow White pepper will ripen from green to bright white and may get a little bit of yellowing depending on growing conditions. With a medium habanero heat level, citrus flavor, and amazing color, it is sure to be a hit in your kitchen. It has a medium thick flesh.
Do not confuse with the smaller pepper that is also called Snow White.
Makes great hot sauce, spicy chili powder, or great in a pot of chili.
