Description

This Hungarian heirloom is a great for short season pepper.  Medium to hot fruit is light yellow in color; sets fruit over a long season.  It will ripen from pale yellow to deep golden orange and finally cherry red, but traditionally harvested light green and used for pickling.  May be harvested at any stage but heat intensifies as peppers mature. Try this pepper smoked and dried for a spicy Paprika.

Use this for pickling, fresh eating, powder, and canning.
