Description
Ají dulce can refer to any of a variety of sweet peppers found in Latin America or the Caribbean. In Venezuela it refers to a native pepper variety that is related to the habanero, however with a much, much milder, smoky flavor.
They are great to dry and use as seasoning or chili flakes, they are great in sauces and used fresh.
