Description
The 7 Pot Evergreen, as the name suggests, ripens from light green to an olive green and then if allowed to over ripen will start to get a sandy mustard coloring and get too soft. It is likely one of the hottest green Capsicum chinense peppers. The pepper is a large plump, rounded shape, but has a rough and dimpled texture. This pepper has a tangy taste, similar to other green super hot peppers. The 7 Pot varieties get their name for the ability to spice up 7 pots of stew with one pod.
