Description
White Bhut Jolokia, this strain was developed by Jay Weaver of Pennsylvania. Other White Bhut Jolokia are smooth-skinned in appearance and not rough textured like Weaver’s strain. We grew out 40 plants in 2022 and every plant was almost identical in the type and size of the pods. It ripens from green to creamy white and finally a creamy yellow when over ripe.
Use For: Sauce or salsa! Would be amazing in a fruit-based salsa.
