White Moruga Scorpion pepper from expert grower James Mallon of Pennsylvania. It is not believed that this is a true white variant of the original Moruga Scorpion. It is perhaps the result of something accidentally crossing into a Moruga Scorpion. The White Moruga chiles ripen from green to white and sometimes will get some yellowing. The peppers are a pretty good size and sometimes have the little Scorpion tail. The heat level is very hot when compared to other white types.
Makes great hot sauce, spicy chili powder, or great in a pot of chili.
