Description
Aji Peruvian is an amazing Baccatum variety from Peru. The plant can grow to well over 3 feet in a pot and will likely need to be staked. When grown in the ground size can be quite substantial. It has proven to be one of the best producers in the Baccatum family. You will get a ton of peppers during the growing season, that never seem to end.
They start off creamy white, then change to orange, and end up red, when they are ready to be picked.
Use this for Salsa, salads, hot sauces, powder, and marinades.
