We someitmes have frozen chickens available for purchase but almost always have some available for pre-purchase.  Feel free to purchase what you need and we will message you back with the next extimated processing date for our birds. Our Bresse are an absolute delicious treat. However if you are looling for that old fashioned chicken taste, you can’t go wrong with our Heirloom breeds. We believe that most grocery store birds have lost the flavor that you get from a farm fresh heirloom bird, that has been raised on pasture and of course ours is fed New Country Organics feed in order to give them the healthiest diet possible.
