A.K.A. Yellow squash pepper the Jamaican Yellow Mushroom pepper has roughly the heat level of a Scotch Bonnet.
The fruit has a distinct bonnet shape and is suited for farmers’ markets and hot sauce production. It is an ideal variety for yellow pepper mash production, drying into flakes, roasting, and production of jelly, chutneys, Jerk seasonings.
It ripens from green to Yellow-orange.
