The Yellow Bhut Jolokia is the yellow version of the previous World Record Holder Bhut JolkiaGhost Pepper. Sweet and fruity with the recognizable Bhut flavor.
The Yellow Bhut Jolokia pepper will also be good fresh and added to many meals, but beware because their heat is 125 times hotter than a Jalapeño pepper! It’s a mutant of the original Red Ghost pepper from India.
