A Very mild, large pepper from Kaza. The plant is fairly compact with large pods, which are great for stuffing! The flavor is absolutely amazing! A must-have for anyone who enjoys a very mild pepper with a nice size, thick flesh with plenty to eat.
Use this for Salsa. BBQ sauces, hot sauces, powder, and marinades.
