Those amazing hatch-type chilis, this is your chance to roast your own. Whether on your grill, in a skillet, or in your oven. These are sure to be a hit with your friends and family
Pick-up will be on the farm from 3:30-6:30 every Wednesday starting in August and tunning for 8 weeks. You will receive 12 Hatch chilis every week for 8 weeks. Oh, the possibilities!
If you store these in your crisper drawer in your fridge, they can keep from 1 to 3 weeks in most cases.
