We thoroughly enjoy these farm fresh certified organic Japanese turnips. They are sma;;. mild, sweet, and often referred to as a salad turnip. However they are far more versitle than just in salads. They have a buttery texture and a slightly spicy flavor, making them great for salads, or quick pickling. If you roast, sautee, or braise them you will bring out their sweetness. Be sure to also enjoy the greens.
