Description
We are a TN licensed Nursery and Greenhouse. We are USDA Certified Organic. Plants will vary in size from a couple of inches(starts) to around 8 inches, with most being 2 to 9 inches and in a 2.5-3 inch pot.
We insure all of our packages and ship USPS Priority Mail. If your package arrives damaged, we require pictures(usually multiple) in order to file a claim with the USPS. So you must document the damage to the box as soon as it arrives, the damage to each plant, and pictures of all of the above. We will ship replacement plants asap but only after we receive all the information we need to file the claim and in some cases, substitutions will have to be made. No replacements will be given for plants that are left outside in the heat or cold or that have been neglected. It is your responsibility to track your live plant through its journey.
When you receive your plant, please make sure that you properly acclimate it to your temperatures. Proper acclimation will include giving the plant an hour or two outside in the partial sun each day, if possible. You will increase that number each day until it gets used to your climate. Temperatures must be consistently above 60 degrees for peppers to grow. Temperatures below 40 degrees at any time can stunt or damage your plant. Peppers will need adequate nutrition, water, and heat to survive and grow.
