This AAS All-America Selections F1 Eggplant is absolutely amazing.  It has glossy, dark purple, finger-like fruits, that are 3–8 inches. They are not bitter, and nearly seedless. Hansel is tender enough to eat skin-on, making them ideal for grilling, or frying.  We love to fry them but you haven’t lived until you have cubed them for some amazing vegetarian tacos.
