This AAS All-America Selections F1 Eggplant is absolutely amazing.  They are 3–5 inches long with gorgeous glossy white skin. They are not bitter, and nearly seedless. Gretel is tender enough to eat skin-on, making them ideal for grilling, or frying.  They have a tender white skin, and creamy white flesh. We love to fry them but you haven’t lived until you have cubed them for some amazing vegetarian tacos. Combine these with our Taco seasonings for a sure win at the table. 12oz Pk
