Large, tapered peppers are long and narrow, generally with the bull horn curve for which they are named. They start green and then turn gold and then finally a very deep crimson red. They have a very sweet, intense and full flavor when they are allowed to fully ripen. They are quite vigorous plants and have an excellent upright growing habit.
Use this for BBQ sauces, hot sauces, powder, stuffing and marinades.
