This is the ideal pepper assortment for pepper-eating competitions. This is our smaller box and contains 200 peppers. You will receive 15 ea of 10 different pepper varieties and 10 ea of 5 more pepper varieties. We will start with mild peppers, then move to a little more heat and then work our way up to some quite hot peppers. Finally, we will end with some of the world’s hottest pepper varieties. We also will make sure each variety of pepper is clearly labeled.
We also include information on each pepper if available. Such as scoville heat units, flavor, origin and so forth. This makes it so much funner to use these varieties in your competition and build anticipation.
