This mild hot pepper is quite crunchy, rich, and fruity with a sweet beginning and a surprise spicy ending. It is a 5-8″ goat horn-shaped that ripens from bright lime-green to a rich red. They are good for slicing fresh onto a sandwich, stuffing, or pickling.
