White Bresse is an amazing dual-purpose chicken and possibly the best tasting of all the heritage breeds we have ever raised. They can be processed at 15 to 17 weeks. No guarantee at all on hatching eggs. Most egg sells are pre-order. If you need your eggs quickly please reach out to us, so we can see if they can be shipped quickly or put on our waiting list.
