This AAS All-America Selections F1 Eggplant is absolutely amazing.  It is glossy, with purple and white stripes. Fairytaleeggplants are 2–5 inches long and possibly the most beautiful eggplant ever. They are tender, sweet, and very low-bitterness making them ideal for grilling whole, roasting, or pan-frying without peeling.  We love to fry them but you haven’t lived until you have cubed them for some amazing vegetarian tacos.
